The Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Dikko Abubakar is set to walk down the aisle again after being single for a year and few months.
The IGP is set to remarry after having lost his wife, Maryam Abubakar, to cancer in January 2012.
SaharaReporters reports thus:
The IGP will be engaging in a three-day wedding ritual to a popular 35 year-old Safiya according to sources close to the Mr. Abubakar. The wedding proper will take place on September 14, 2013.
Ms. Safiya is the daughter of Ambassador Bunu Sheriff Musa.
