Angry youths beat up policeman for allegedly shooting an unarmed man in Ekiti

Angry youths of Iropora in Ekiti state beat up a police officer for allegedly shooting an unarmed youth in the community.According to the reports by EkitiDefender, the policeman from Igede police station shot one Mr Ayo Oluwasusi which led to the mob action by the angry youths.

Police arrest 8 herdsmen over Benue killings

The Police in Benue say they have arrested eight herdsmen over the death of 10 persons and seven livestock guards in Guma and Logo Local Governments of the state on Monday.


The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Moses Yamu, announced this in a statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria on Wednesday in Makurdi.

“Eight herdsmen, six in Guma and two in Logo, had been arrested in connection with the attacks,” the police spokesman said.

He added that the command had made additional deployments to the troubled area to forestall further occurrence and restore confidence of the people.

Fani Kayode reacts to Apostle Suleman’s prophecy on his wife

 


Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has reacted to the prophesy by the senior pastor of Omega Fire Ministeries, Apostle Johnson Suleman, that there will be an assassination attempt on his wife, Precious, this year.

Suleman while reeling out his 2018 prophecies on New Year day, said some persons will try to assassinate Precious sometime this year. FFK reacting via his Instagram page wrote;

”I thank the Lord for using the great Apostle Suleman to expose the evil plan of my adversaries to assasinate my beautiful wife, Precious Chikwendu, in 2018.
The bible says the Lord “reveals to redeem”. They shall fail because she is a daughter of Zion, she is hidden in Christ and she is covered by the blood of Jesus.
If you want a fight face me like a man and leave my wife alone. Only cowards and vermin target the wives of their critics.
No fear! No retreat! No surrender! We are unbeatable!”.
