Video:Police Shoot Polytechnic Students With Live Bullets To Stop Protest In Black Maria

On Wednesday the 28th of May, students of Polytechnics and Colleges of Education, convened to protest the lingering strike that has led to the closure of their schools for over the past ten months.

They were lured by the Police to continue, until they were ambushed at 3rd Mainland Bridge. This footage shows how the students were cramped up in a Police van, known locally as a 'Black Maria,' and were subsequently shot at to repress their protest
