Nigeria's Department of State Security, DSS, has arrested and detained
Gordon Obuah, Chief Security Officer (CSO) to former President Goodluck
Jonathan. A source at the SSS revealed that Mr. Obuah’s detention was as
a result of an investigation that implicated him in aiding oil
bunkering.
Family sources told Sahara Reporters that Mr. Obuah
was detained since Thursday 4 days after he was asked to report daily to
the headquarters of SSS.
A representative of Mr. Obua’s family
claimed that that since his detention, Mr, Obuah has been kept in
solitary confinement, denied access to family members, medical care and
his lawyers.
